At GearD, we want you to ride with confidence in your gear. If something isn't the right fit, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how our return and exchange process works.
Exchanges
Every order includes one free size exchange. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, contact us and we will arrange a free pickup and send the correct size at no charge. From the second exchange onward on the same order, a $10 fee applies per exchange. Exchanges are valid for a different size of the same product only. To swap for a different product, store credit applies.
Store Credit
GearD does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit equal to the value of the returned item (excluding the original delivery fee). Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future GearD purchase.
The only exception is if we are unable to fulfil your order (out-of-stock or discontinued item after payment), in which case a full refund to your original payment method will be processed.
Return Conditions
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order confirmation via email or WhatsApp) is required. Return pickup costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a GearD error (wrong item sent or defective product).
For hygiene reasons, inner liners, balaclava masks, and any item marked as "sale" or "final sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item or issue full store credit — your choice.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp +961 71 171 011 or email at contact@gear-d.co with your order number and reason. We will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup if applicable. Once the item is received and inspected (1–2 business days), your exchange is dispatched or store credit is issued. WhatsApp is the fastest channel — most cases are resolved within 24 hours of first contact.
