These Terms of Service govern your use of gear-d.co and any purchase you make through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
GearD is operated by Seter Sarl, registered in Lebanon (Tax ID 4656/601), with offices in Al Bouchriyeh, Maten, Lebanon.
1. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. GearD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to fulfil orders placed at the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full cancellation.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and sourced from our suppliers. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or photography. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, contact us within 7 days.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on gear-d.co constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), OMT Money Transfer, Whish Money, and Credit/Debit Card. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched, except for COD orders which are settled upon delivery. Failure to complete payment on a COD order at the time of delivery may result in suspension of your account and future order restrictions.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners Net Shopping Co. and Aramex. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. GearD is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, road conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Our return and exchange policy is described in full in our Return and Refund Policy, available on this website. Key points: we offer one free size exchange per order; additional exchanges are charged at $10 each; we do not issue cash refunds except in cases where we are unable to fulfil your order; approved returns are issued as store credit. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on gear-d.co — including the GearD name, logo, product descriptions, images, and design — is the property of Seter Sarl or its respective suppliers and brand partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GearD and Seter Sarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
GearD sells protective riding gear. However, no gear eliminates the risk of injury. It is your responsibility to wear and use products correctly and to ensure they are appropriate for your riding activity. GearD is not liable for injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased on our site.
9. Privacy
Your use of gear-d.co is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
