When do I get my cashback?
As soon as your order is delivered and paid. With cash on delivery, that is when the courier hands over your order. You get an email from GearD when the credit lands.
How do I use my credit?
Sign in before you check out. Your store credit shows up at checkout as a payment option and comes off your total.
Does it expire?
Each credit is valid for 6 months.
What if I return something?
The cashback for the returned part is taken back. Credit you already spent is never charged to you.
Can I combine credit with a discount code?
Yes. Credit is a payment, not a discount, so it works with codes.
