GearD delivers to all regions of Lebanon through our logistics partner Net Logistics Co. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. We do not offer same-day delivery.

Delivery Fees & Free Delivery

Free delivery applies automatically on all orders over $149 USD — no code needed. A flat delivery fee applies of $8 to orders under $80 and is displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Beirut and Greater Beirut: 1–2 business days. Mount Lebanon (Metn, Keserwan, Baabda, Aley, Chouf): 2–3 business days. North Lebanon (Tripoli, Zgharta, Koura, Akkar): 2–4 business days. South Lebanon and Nabatieh: 2–4 business days. Bekaa Valley and Baalbek: 2–4 business days.

Timelines begin from the moment your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Whish Money, and Credit/Debit Card. COD is available nationwide.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. Our team verifies availability and dispatches within 1 business day. For COD orders, a member of our team may contact you by phone to confirm delivery details. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative, store credit, or full cancellation.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is sent via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. For any delivery concerns, contact us at contact@gear-d.co or via WhatsApp.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will attempt a second delivery or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being held at a depot. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
