Choosing the right helmet size is the most important step before buying a motorcycle or cycling helmet. A properly fitted helmet improves safety, comfort, and performance. Use this guide to measure your head and find your size — available at Gear D Lebanon.
How to Measure Your Head
- Use a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string you can measure afterwards).
- Wrap it around the widest part of your head — approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) above your eyebrows, just above the ears.
- Keep the tape level all the way around; don't let it dip at the back.
- Note your measurement in centimetres and match it to the size chart below.
- Between two sizes? We recommend sizing up for comfort.
